How Long do I need to stay off of my driveway after you sealcoat?
Answer: We ask that you stay off the asphalt for at least 24 hours, if possible staying off for 48 hours allows it to cure even better! If you choose to stay off for only 24 hours it will not affect the integrity of the sealcoat.
Do I need to be home when you come?
Answer: No, You do not need to be present at the time of the application. Further instructions will be provided upon scheduling.
When will you be here?
Answer: We always call the night before with a time frame, if you are not home we will leave a message.
What about rain?
Answer: We are constantly checking the weather. If for any reason we cannot do the driveway due to weather we will call you and reschedule for the next available day.
How often do I need to sealcoat?
Answer: This depends on how much traffic your driveway has. If you have light traffic chances are you don't need to do it every year, doing it every other year would probably be best. If you have moderate to heavy traffic you made it done yearly. There are also other factors that can cause you to need to have the drive done more or less often. Do I need Hot Tar?
Answer: Hot tar is for large cracks. Typically the crack needs to be at least 1/4" wide to properly apply Hot tar. We usually say if you can fit your pinky in the crack it probably needs hot tar.
Do I need a patch?
Answer: This is hard to tell without coming to take a look at the area,. We offer free estimates though and would be happy to come out and give you a quote! Visit our contact page for several ways to get ahold of us!

Answer: An alligated area is when there is an area with several surface cracks, it almost looks like a spider web or an alligator's back.
